Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 13-14 business days. Standard delivery within India takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to track your parcel in real time. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at Survivinghuman09@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed. To request a cancellation, email us at Survivinghuman09@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odour or damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed as store credit.

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9502026444 within 24 hours of receiving your order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 24 hours.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Survivinghuman09@gmail.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.

What is the fabric quality?

All our tees are made from 240 GSM 100% premium cotton double jersey — heavy, soft, and built to last.

Are your tees oversized?

Yes. All Surviving Human tees are designed with an oversized fit. See our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit guidance.

How do I care for my tee?

Hand wash or wash on a gentle cycle inside out. Iron and dry inside out to preserve the print. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Account & Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your details more easily.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
