Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of any odour, stains, or damage
- In its original condition with all tags attached
Surviving Human reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not pass our quality check upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at Survivinghuman09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed as store credit within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Survivinghuman09@gmail.com. We will do our best to make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9502026444 within 24 hours of receiving your order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 24 hours.
In case of damage caused during standard wash and care — despite following care instructions — within the first 11 days of receiving the order, please reach out to us at +91 9502026444 via WhatsApp.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
